It was a special trip, I will come back. The hotel was wonderful, small, and unique by 14 Palms.- The pool area was nice.- The location was optimal and peaceful, close to Ungasan and the Bukit peninsula.

The rooms were perfect and bright, had a hair dryer, shower caps and bath sheets. The location was marvellous, in a residential area and the interior design was nice. Moreover, it's really close to Green Bowl and a restaurant❤😀

The location in a fairly nice area was marvellous and brilliant. There were supermarkets and shops nearby.

This modern accommodation has a nice balcony and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable, located in a peaceful area with easy access to restaurants and a supermarket.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms. The rooms were also quite spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were delighted with the fresh and tasty breakfast every morning, and the pool area was a great place to relax and soak up the sun.

The location, as it was a bit far from the main attractions, restaurants and shops - which meant a significant expense in taxis or a need to rent a scooter. It was also difficult to keep the curtains open in our room when people were around the pool as we felt our privacy was invaded.
